GHJ Search and Staffing Practice Leader Derrick Coleman wrote an article for ATD about how companies can benefit from employee resource groups.

In addition to leading GHJ’s recruiting branch, Derrick is a leader in the Firm’s BIPOC Cohort, an employee resource group focused on advancing the careers of professionals who are Black, Indigenous and other people of color in the accounting profession.
