The award was presented at the Top 100 Accountants dinner and was accepted by GHJ Food and Beverage Practice Leader Maria PearmanState and Local Tax Practice Leader Frances Ellington and Forensic Services Expert Christina Fung, who were all named among the Top 100 Accountants at the same event.

“Embracing innovation is at the heart of GHJ’s mission. This recognition affirms our efforts, and we aim to continue leading the industry forward.”

GHJ recently overhauled its CX strategy to enhance service delivery across all touchpoints. This project included a 24-month study with client interviews and focus groups and went beyond traditional client satisfaction surveys to truly understand the client experience. Insights from this initiative were incorporated into GHJ’s long-term strategy and have become ingrained in the Firm’s culture. With these enhancements, GHJ aims to set new standards in client service and build a strong team that is equipped to support clients in their long-term goals.

“We embarked on this project to ensure we were providing a positive client experience across all service areas, and through this process, we have reinvented how we work,” said GHJ Chief Strategy and Growth Officer Mari-Anne Kehler. “It is really important for us as a Firm to continue pushing the boundaries of what it means to deliver exceptional client service, and we are excited to build on this momentum by exploring new technologies and methods that will further transform our clients’ experiences in the years to come.”

Armed with invaluable insights about the client journey, GHJ is putting its vision into action to reshape client relationships and service delivery for the years ahead. This future-focused approach will continue to evolve, powered by data-driven strategies and a commitment to proactive, meaningful client impact.
