GHJ Leaders Named Women of Influence by Los Angeles Business Journal

LOS ANGELES, CA (July 31, 2024) – GHJ, a national advisory and accounting firm, is proud to announce that GHJ Nonprofit Practice Leader Donella Wilson, Tax Practice Leader Gina McLeod and State and Local Tax Practice Leader Frances Ellington Gutierrez were named Women of Influence: Accountants by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

DONELLA WILSON

Donella leads GHJ’s Nonprofit Practice and serves as the President and Chief Philanthropy Officer of GHJ Foundation. In 2024, she also joined GHJ’s Executive Committee, further cementing her role in shaping the future of the Firm. Donella works alongside many leading nonprofit organizations through her work at GHJ and through her service on the boards of Southern California Grantmakers and Food Forward.

GINA MCLEOD

Gina became Tax Practice Leader in 2024 and leverages her extensive experience at a Big Four firm to innovate and expand GHJ's tax services. Gina is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, which aligns with GHJ’s #BeMore philosophy, and serves on the board of We Are Brave Together, a supportive community for mothers of children with disabilities and unique needs.

FRANCES ELLINGTON GUTIERREZ

Frances specializes in multistate income and franchise tax, indirect tax and credits and incentives, and her expertise has positioned GHJ as a leader in the field. She is a Director on the Los Angeles Chapter Board of CalCPA, which focuses on partnerships and continuous learning in the accounting profession. Additionally, Frances is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina.
