GHJ Managing Partner Tom Barry spoke to Chief Strategy Officer Mari-Anne Kehler and Chief People Officer Alex Seiler for an article about how to create a diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) program for Training Magazine.

Mari-Anne and Alex share the specific steps that should be taken when creating an effective DEIA program. As Chief Strategy Officer, Mari-Anne helped launch GHJ’s DEIA program. As Chief People Officer, Alex oversees the DEIA program.

GHJ was recently named the Diversity, Equity + Inclusion-focused Firm of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal and the California Society of CPAs.
