LOS ANGELES, CA (June 26, 2024) – GHJ, a national advisory and accounting firm, is excited to welcome Patrick Duynstee as a new Principal in its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice. Patrick brings over two decades of experience in financial and strategic guidance on global mergers and acquisitions.
Patrick primarily works with middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies and has also provided financial and strategic advice on global transactions for multinational corporations and financial investors in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He specializes in buy and sell-side quality of earnings and financial diligence. Patrick has worked on transactions ranging broadly in enterprise value, between $10 million to $1.2 billion range, with the majority between $50 and $750 million. Prior to joining GHJ, Patrick served as the Deals Director for a Big Four Accounting Firm.
