Ilan has over 30 years of accounting experience in public accounting and private industry serving clients primarily in the entertainment, financial services and distribution service industries. He regularly speaks on profit participation, royalties and other topics within the entertainment industry and hosts GHJ’s Media Clips Podcast, where he moderates vital discussions about the entertainment industry.

Tracy has more than 10 years of experience in entertainment accounting and forensic investigations. She specializes in performing audits of the production and distribution of motion picture and television programs as well as royalty audits with a focus on video games and licensing industries. Tracy has also provided consulting services in entertainment litigation matters.
