GHJ People Programs Manager Natalie Ikker will participate in a panel discussion on how accounting firms can strengthen their diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives in a webinar hosted by the Association for Accounting Marketing.

This webinar will highlight how accounting firms can use employee resource groups to improve the employee experience and build inclusion. Natalie will be joined on the panel by Rehmann Human Resources Manager, Florida Region, Melaura Benitez and Schellman Principal and Lead Auditor Kristen Wilbur.
