GHJ Food and Beverage Practice Leader Presents on Driving Profitability at Industry Conference in Canada

How do breweries build financial strength? GHJ Food and Beverage Practice Leader Maria Pearman will present “Driving Profitability in an Era of Compressed Margins” at the Quebec Microbrewers Conference on Nov. 12 at 9 a.m. local time.

Maria will share how breweries can navigate market fluctuations and sustain growth by implementing lean manufacturing principles, leveraging technology and building strong brand identities. Key topics covered in this educational session include cost management, revenue enhancement, cash flow monitoring, debt and equity management, operational efficiency and effective marketing. 

The Quebec Microbrewers Conference is an annual convention hosted by L’Association des microbrasseries du Québec that brings together brewery professionals around the region. The event aims to help attendees build strong businesses and covers a wide range of topics that includes business principles, talent management, supply chain innovations and developing a strong network.
