GHJ Food and Beverage Practice Leader Maria Pearman will be a featured speaker at the American Distilling Institute's Craft Spirits Conference & Vendor Expo. This event will take place on Aug. 27-28, 2024 in Baltimore.

Maria's session, “Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Your Business and Finding the Right Industry Benchmarks,” will be held on Aug. 28 from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Pacific Time). She will guide attendees on tailoring KPIs to effectively measure and enhance their company’s performance, emphasizing the importance of choosing the right metrics for successful business management.

With extensive experience in public accounting and a deep focus on the food and beverage industry, Maria is well-recognized for her ability to improve operational efficiencies and guide financial strategy. She wrote the books Small Brewery Finance, published by the Brewers Association, and Distillery Finance, published by the American Distilling Institute.
