GHJ Entertainment Practice Leader Ilan Haimoff will be a featured speaker at the Motion Picture and Television Fund’s (MPTF) Professional Advisory Network (PAN) mixer. This in-person event is scheduled for Aug. 7, 2024, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at McDermott Will & Emery in Los Angeles.
The main discussion of this mixer, “Monetizing Participation Rights: Helping Talent Unlock the Value of Income Streams,” will explore crucial strategies for maximizing value in the film and TV industry. Topics will include negotiating deals on new projects, selling or borrowing against profit participation and utilizing profit participation and royalty audit rights effectively.
