Sarah Kern, CPA, has four years of public accounting experience providing international tax services to clients. Sarah is a member of GHJ’s International Tax Practice, and she has had the opportunity to help multinational companies address their cross-border tax needs both locally and globally by managing their global tax rates, finding areas of cost reduction and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.​

Sarah provides clients with investment advice based on expected tax leakage and associated tax risk. She focuses on assessing global tax risk for offshore entities based on their operating jurisdictions and offering investment solutions to minimize risk exposure. ​

Prior to joining GHJ in 2023, Sarah worked for a Big Four firm in its International Tax Financial Services Department. She primarily assisted private equity and hedge fund clients.​

Sarah graduated from The University of Texas, Dallas, where she received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Business. She is a certified public accountant, licensed in the state of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. ​
