Meri Khachikyan has over four years of public accounting experience and is a member of GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. Meri provides due diligence assistance for both buy-side and sell-side clients. She has served clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage and technology, with a focus on quality of earnings.

Prior to joining GHJ in August 2021, Meri worked for a Big Four Advisory Practice where she specialized in human resources due diligence services to both publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries.

Meri graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistics. While attending UCSB, Meri served as Finance Officer for the school’s Finance and Business Committee as well as a Financial Coordinator for a Commission on Student Wellbeing Group on campus.

In her free time, Meri enjoys reading, cooking, baking, skiing and snowboarding. She can be found making homemade sourdough bread and spending time with her friends, family and dog.
