Mary Grace Doggett, CPA, has over four years of public accounting experience. As part of GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice, she works closely with private equity and corporate clients providing financial due diligence assistance for buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion.

Prior to joining GHJ in 2023, she began her career at a Top-10-largest public accounting firm providing audit and assurance services to publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries with a primary focus on the manufacturing, healthcare and tech industries.

Mary Grace graduated from North Carolina State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and Spanish Language and Literature and a Master of Accounting degree. While at North Carolina State University, she ran Women’s NCAA Division I Cross-Country and Track and Field.

In her free time, Mary Grace enjoys running, traveling, fostering dogs and spending time at the beach with family and friends in Emerald Isle, N.C. She is also a Board Member and Treasurer for Save Our Herders Outreach, a nonprofit dog rescue group dedicated to the rescue and welfare of herding dogs.
