Greg Devone, has over nine years of public accounting and consulting experience providing a broad range of advisory and assurance services to clients within the technology, professional services, consumer products and manufacturing industries. He works with private equity clients and closely held businesses on both buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion.
Prior to joining GHJ in 2022, Greg was an M&A advisory professional at two national advisory firms. In these previous roles, he primarily worked on financial due diligence engagements for domestic and cross-border transactions. Greg also worked on restructuring projects, carve-outs and cash flow projections.
Greg graduated from the University of Delaware where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Originally from Southeast Pennsylvania, Greg currently resides in Alexandria, Va. Greg is an avid sports fan, particularly football and soccer.
