Eli Geranios, CPA, has five years of public accounting experience and provides a broad range of income tax services to clients. Eli has experience with multistate partnerships, S-corporations, individuals and private equity funds.

At GHJ, Eli focuses on sell-side transaction compliance and consulting, helping clients navigate the complexities of multistate partnership and S-corporation business transactions and mitigate their tax burden upon exit events. He also assists with buy-side transaction compliance such as Section 754 basis adjustments and Section 704(c) partnership allocations. Eli also manages tax compliance projects for food and beverage clients with an emphasis on clients engaged in the beverage alcohol industry.

Prior to joining GHJ in 2022, Eli worked for a top-10 national firm where he specialized in tax compliance for clients engaged in the professional services and hospitality industries.

Eli graduated from Washington State University where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Finance.
